ABOUT BOB LEVITE
IMG_0544.jpg

I am a lifelong photographer currently living and traveling from Miami, Florida.

I switched from Nikon to Leica M’s in the early 1990’s, currently shooting with an M10, M6, and a Q2. I consider myself a “people photographer" with emphasis on Street Photography.

I have an Associate Arts degree from the Ray Vogue School of Photography in Chicago. I have also studied with Ansel Adams, Mary Ellen Mark, Peter Turnley, and Craig Semetko. I currently serve on the Board of Directors of Leica Society International.

My wife Joanne and I have traveled to all 7 continents and to 82 countries….so far!

But when you photograph people in black and white, you photograph their souls.”
